H-1B, L-1, O-1, or TN work visa extensions, as well as F-1 student status changes, are managed by USCIS service centers. They depend on individual petition approval speeds.
Citizenship (N-400)
Applying for U.S. citizenship via Form N-400 is not subject to numerical caps. Timelines are determined by local field office scheduling slots and interview wait queues.
