Exhausted Quotas

EB-2 & EB-5 India Unavailable

The Final Action Dates for **EB-2 India** and **EB-5 Unreserved India** have become UNAVAILABLE for July 2026. This indicates the annual allocation limit has been reached, suspending green card issuances for these categories until the October reset.

Employment Advancements

EB-1 & EB-3 Movement

**EB-1 China** advanced to **June 1, 2023**, while **EB-1 India** holds at **October 15, 2022**. **EB-3 India** advanced to **January 1, 2014**, and **EB-3 China** advanced to **December 22, 2021**.

Family Advancements

F1, F2B, and F4 Forward Progress

**F1** (Unmarried Adult Children of Citizens) advanced by 3 months to **February 1, 2018** for most countries. **F2B** progressed about 2.5 months to **November 22, 2017**, and **F4** sibling dates advanced just over 2 months to **January 1, 2009**.

July 2026 Bulletin Analysis & Outlook

The July 2026 Visa Bulletin brings critical updates, notably the exhaustion of annual quotas in the high-demand **EB-2** and **EB-5 Unreserved** categories for Indian-born applicants, setting their Final Action dates to **Unavailable (U)**. When a category is marked unavailable, consular offices and USCIS cannot issue green cards or schedule interviews for affected individuals. This freezing typically occurs as we approach the final quarter of the federal fiscal year (ending September 30), and will remain in place until the new quota allocations release on **October 1, 2026**.

For family-sponsored applicants, steady progress has been observed across the board. The **F1** category (Unmarried Adult Children of U.S. Citizens) has advanced by three full months for most countries, moving the priority cut-off date to **February 1, 2018**. In addition, the **F2B** category (Unmarried Adult Children of LPRs) progressed approximately 2.5 months to **November 22, 2017**, and the **F4** sibling category pushed forward by just over 2 months to **January 1, 2009**.
